About Zenta
Qualified in both Swedish Relaxation and Oncology Massage Zenta has a Gentle Touch approach focusing on calming the nervous system and supporting relief of physical and emotional tensions.Zenta works with a broad spectrum of individuals including adults living with disability, those living with frail or unwell circumstance, and/or palliative and age-related circumstance.Zenta began her practice in the NSW Southern Highlands in 2013 - providing Gentle Touch massage from her private practice in Bundanoon in addition to clients at Warrigal & Harbison Aged Care and Bowral Public Hospital - through individual/private request and on behalf of Interchange Wingecarribee for whom she provided massage sessions on a weekly basis to individuals attending day programs at Springett & Travis House over a two year period.Zenta has also provided massage to Petrea King Quest for Life program participants on Quest for Life (Cancer), Healing your Life, Living with Parkinson’s, Living with Chronic Pain, and Carer’s Residential Programs.Providing support through the healing benefit of touch and contributing to quality of life through focus on the relaxation response, soothing of the nervous system, releasing holding patterns of exhaustion and stress, easing of pain and calming of physiological and/or emotional tensions is the joy that continues to enrich and inform Zenta’s practice.
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice (Australasian College of Natural Therapies)
Oncology Massage 1 & 2 (OMT)
Advanced Certificate in Counselling (Institute of Counselling, Sydney)
Certificate in Interpersonal Skills (Institute of Counselling, Sydney)

For relief of physical & emotional tensions.Promotes circulation, whole body relaxation & renewal.
Oncology Massage
Massage adapted specifically for individuals living with cancer or a history of cancer.Can assist with relief of side effects of cancer treatment, including pain, fatigue, anxiety, nausea & depression.Calming & light touch.
Gentle Touch Massage
Gentle touch approach specifically tailored for those living with frail or challenging circumstance, including palliative, age-related or disability.Facilitates relaxation and calm.Gentle Touch Massage can be provided with client fully clothed if preferred or required.
